The AGH is a lard hog that produces extraordinarily flavored pork for traditional cuts and enough fat to create excellent charcuterie! They are mainly kept on small farms. By the 1990s, there were fewer than 100 Guinea hogs left in the United States, and it is now considered one of the rarest heritage hog breeds.
Our antibiotic-free pasture raised chickens live the majority of their lives on fresh pasture, eating bugs, grains, grass and legumes. This gives them a higher vitamin, mineral, and fatty acid content than traditional chicken. They are moved daily to increase the amount of green forage and proteins the birds consume.
We have a wide variety of chicken breeds, making our farm fresh eggs like getting an Easter Basket. You can expect to receive your traditional white and brown eggs, with various shades of blue-, green-, and chocolate-colored eggs added in. All the eggs have the same farm fresh flavor your family is expecting!
